The Quantum at the UK Tarot Conference

This year's UK Tarot Conference takes place on October 18th in London. Rachel Pollack and Jane Lyle are among the highlights of a fascinating programme. You can see the full schedule here, and you can book here, but hurry as I've a feeling it will sell out early. Rachel's masterclass, which takes place the evening before the conference, is already booked up.

I'll be giving an hour-long workshop, which will focus on combining what often feels like contradictory approaches to reading; analytical and intuitive. I would define the analytical approach as knowledge-based. It's based on our experience and what we've learned from books or lessons. The intuitive approach is based on what we sense in the moment, our instant, feeling response to the cards. We may sometimes struggle to combine these two; it can feel like inhabiting a particularly frisky version of the Chariot card. My aim is to get us into a gentler, more Strength-like space.

For everyone who attends, there'll be a goodie bag (which will include a Lo Scarabeo deck), and last but not least, I hope to offer a copy of the Quantum Tarot as a raffle prize!

Read more and see images from the Quantum Tarot on my blog.  The deck will be published in September 2008 by Kunati.  You can pre-order now from:
